Agreeing to our terms and conditions when you create an account with Mantarlee.in  means you agree to our refund policy.

Mantarlee.in  will not refund any member who has decided that they no longer wish to use Mantarlee.in  . A refund can NOT be given in part or whole for any Donation used or not used by any member for whatever reason. Users who wish to cancel their Donation are not permitted to seek a partial or full refund for any reason.

REFUND PAYMENTS - Please pay attention to the following rules which if broken, will result in a PERMANENT BAN from the Mantarlee.in  site WITHOUT A REFUND: Anyone found to be using the Mantarlee.in  website under the age of 18 will be banned immediately without refund and your IP address will also be banned. You agree to include FACTUAL information about yourself which is a TRUE and ACCURATE representation of yourself. You may NOT use fake pictures (actors, actresses, models or any person who is not the actual member.) and any other misleading or untruthful personal Information, such as misrepresented real age, location, country of residence, country of origin, religion, height, weight, and any other item of personal description can result in a permanent ban without refund Abuse to staff will NOT be tolerated in any way, shape of form, and will result in a permanent ban without refund. It is YOUR responsibility to communicate with members in a polite, respectful manner. Rude, offensive, filthy, disgusting or vulgar messages or any other inappropriate messages will result in a permanent ban without refund. A refund can NOT be given on the basis of members choosing not to correspond with you. Reasons for members failing to contact you include: poorly written profile, personal preferences and wants do not match yours, your profile may not be appealing to others, your personal circumstances may mean your profile is not of interest to others etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but in all such occasions, you CANNOT be refunded. It is YOUR responsibility to CANCEL your membership when you are no longer interested in being a member of Gondwana matrimony. Mantarlee.in  will NOT refund any members who have failed to do so. Please note that ALL members of Mantarlee.in  – whether free or paid MUST adhere to the rules mentioned herein these terms and conditions. Failure to do so can result in a ban without refund. Profiles are approved within 24 hours and any profiles deemed suspicious or fraudulent will be rejected immediately with a permanent ban and NO refund.

You will not engage in gathering personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, financial information or any other kind of information of our members. You will not request money, or any other form of financial assistance, from any member that you meet on this site – any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with legal teams, lawyers, the Police or any other Government or legal bodies for the purpose of an investigation.

Mantarlee.in platform fee is applicable only on the amount raised rather than the goal amount.
GST of 18% will be charged on aggregate payment gateway and platform fee for Indian donations only. (Not applicable for international donations.)
Mantarlee.in often relies on third party vendors and tools for due diligence and verification of campaigns, content moderation such as text and multimedia review to check for potentially harmful content, identity authentication, hospital, NGO and beneficiary bank account verification, and document verification systems to ensure continued trust and safety on the platform. A due diligence, safety, and administration fee of Rs. 3000 + GST or the selected pricing package, whichever is higher, will be applied to all fundraisers.
All payments are subject to a payment processing fee of 3%. An additional per donation transaction fee of $0.30 will be charged per international credit/debit card transaction that are processed via cards issued in the US. For international transactions via cards issued outside the US, an additional cross-border fee of 1% will be charged.
The payment processing fee covers multiple costs associated with processing your transaction seamlessly and securely on Lifelinee.in. A part of this cost is incurred for third-party processors that include Payment Gateways (like PayU, Razorpay, , , Stripe and more), Banks (for IMPS, NEFT, RTGS transactions), Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Rupay, etc (for credit and debit card transactions), Paytm, UPI apps, and other payment wallets who charge a fee for these services. Other costs incurred by Mantarlee.in  to process these transactions include fee paid to third party services for fraud prevention and management to ensure the platform is completely secure for our donors, costs incurred for auto-calling and manual follow-ups for failed and abandoned transactions, for third-party services for payment health monitoring and dynamic-routing of transactions, for 80G compliance, for processing refunds, for a Thank you certificates to our donors, and many more similar services.
An international wire fee of US$ 40 per remittance will apply per fundraiser if foreign currency has been collected.
80G tax benefits are subject to due diligence and discretion of Lifelinee.in.
We charge a 10% platform fee for natural disaster fundraising.
