If you change your mind about your premium subscription shortly after making a purchase, you may cancel your subscription within 24 hours for a full refund. This refund option is only available if you have not used any premium features during that time.

As a result, refunds cannot be provided solely because a user was unable to find a match within their subscription period.
We encourage all users to actively use their premium services during the subscription period. However, refunds will not be issued for users who do not utilize the premium features after purchasing a subscription. The subscription grants access to premium features for the duration of the plan, and the responsibility to use those features lies with the user.

For example, if you have used some of the premium features but encountered a technical issue halfway through your subscription, we may issue a partial refund based on the remaining portion of the subscription that was affected.
