AmbrosiaHelp.org is committed to facilitating a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a contribution or a campaign, and we're here to assist you through the process.

For Campaign Creators:

1. Campaign Cancellation

• Cancellation Request: Campaign Creators may request the cancellation of their campaign at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at admin@ambrosiahelp.org with your campaign details and reasons for cancellation.

• Refund Eligibility: If Contributors have already made contributions to your campaign, their eligibility for a refund will depend on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Contributors will be informed of the cancellation and any available refund options.

• Refund Processing: If refundable, AmbrosiaHelp.org will process refunds within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the Contributor for their contribution.

For Contributors:

1. Contribution Cancellation

• Cancellation Request: Contributors may request the cancellation of their contribution to a campaign. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at admin@ambrosiahelp.org with your contribution details and reasons for cancellation.

• Refund Eligibility: The eligibility for a refund depends on the campaign's cancellation and refund policy, as set by the Campaign Creator. Some campaigns may have a "no refund" policy, while others may offer full or partial refunds. Please refer to the campaign's individual refund policy for specific details.

• Refund Processing: If the contribution is eligible for a refund, AmbrosiaHelp.org will process refunds within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the Contributor for their contribution.

2. Taxes and Processing Fees

• Taxes: Please note that any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be added to certain contributions and fees as required by Indian tax regulations.

• Payment Processing Fees: In some cases, payment processing fees incurred during the contribution process may not be eligible for refund. Contributors are encouraged to review the specific campaign's refund policy for details.
